Scope of Services: As agreed upon with the customer, our services include RV repairs, maintenance, installations, and other related tasks. We will use appropriate tools, techniques, and industry-standard practices to complete the services to the best of our abilities.

Pricing and Payment: The cost of our services will be communicated to you before starting any work. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the services rendered. Cash, credit cards, and electronic bank transfers are all accepted. Before proceeding, any additional costs incurred during the provision of services will be communicated to and approved by the customer.

Warranty: We offer a warranty on repairs and services we perform, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our warranty policy. The warranty’s duration and coverage may differ depending on the nature of the repair or service. Please contact us for specific warranty information.

While we take great care in providing our services, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of our work. The customer is responsible for the security of their RV and its contents.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and detailed information about the RV’s issues, maintenance history, and any relevant documentation. In addition, the customer should ensure that the RV is accessible and ready for service at the agreed-upon time.

Cancellations and rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 11 Bravo Mobile RV Repair is based.
